Job summary

Tourneau|Bucherer is seeking a Client Advisor in Hawaii to deliver an elevated client experience for discerning customers. You will greet clients, assess needs, and demonstrate product knowledge across watches and jewelry, aiming to cultivate long-term relationships through CRM and proactive follow-up.

The role emphasizes meeting or surpassing monthly sales targets, offering commission opportunities, and collaborating with the Service Department to ensure post-sale care and fittings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury sales
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relation skills
• Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus to cater to our international customer base
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related discipline is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client experience and meet or exceed sales objectives
• Greet clients, understand needs, and demonstrate product knowledge
• Build long-term client relationships via CRM and follow-up
• Process sales, manage payments, warranties, and post-sale service coordination
• Attend training and collaborate with Service Department to ensure client satisfaction
