Job summary

Tourneau|Bucherer is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional Rolex brand experience in a luxury retail setting in Hawaii. You will be an expert on the brand heritage, product range and stock, while fostering long-term client relationships and utilizing CRM tools to enhance the Rolex discovery journey.

The role includes guiding clients, training fellow advisors, ensuring brand standards, and collaborating with merchandising to maintain a premium store presentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant luxury sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inviting and elevated environment for the discerning client.
• Train other Client Advisors on brand heritage, product range and availability.
• Assist with Rolex sales, providing product information and closing support.
• Build long-term relationships with clients using the CRM system and follow-up communications.
