Job summary

Tourneau|Bucherer seeks a Client Advisor- Rolex to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales for the Rolex display. You will be an expert on the brand heritage, product lines, and stock within the store, building lasting relationships through CRM and strategic follow-up.

The role requires a passion for watches and jewelry, a polished professional image, and the ability to train and mentor junior advisors while collaborating closely with Merchandising to ensure inventory and visual

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in luxury sales.
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
• Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus for our international client base.
• Strong integrity and professional appearance at all times.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet/exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting, elevated environment for discerning clients.
• Demonstrate passion for watches and jewelry.
• Train other Client Advisors on brand heritage, product range and availability.
• Assist with Rolex sales, providing product information and closing assistance.
• Capture client information via CRM to build long-term relationships.
• Implement brand strategies and coordinate with Merchandising on inventory.
