Job summary

Todd Snyder is recruiting a Visual Operations Lead to drive exceptional in-store experiences and operational excellence in New York. You will lead the Sales team on the floor, execute floor-set changes, and maintain visual standards while ensuring customer-ready conditions at all times.

As a people leader, you will coach and develop your team, monitor performance, and collaborate with the General Manager and District Team Leader to address gaps.

Qualifications

• Experience leading luxury retail teams with a strong focus on visual merchandising.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and strong time management.
• Ability to lead and develop teams and have a general understanding of employment law.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales team as Leader on Duty to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance.
• Oversee rollout of floor sets and ensure visual standards are consistently met across the store.
• Coach and develop team members, align performance with core values, and escalate issues with leadership when needed.
• Ensure store operations are efficient, from replenishment to merchandising execution and customer readiness.
