Responsibilities

• Own results in the area of responsibility to drive store performance.
• Lead floor sets, moves, and visual presentations per guidelines.
• Maintain floor presentation and execute merchandising plans daily.
• Train coworkers on mannequins, signs, lighting, and fixturing standards.
• Monitor safety, loss prevention, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate breaks and staffing with store leadership.
