Todd Snyder is seeking a Merch Lead to join the store leadership team in delivering exceptional visual merchandising and customer experiences. You will own results in your area, drive floor sets, and coach staff to maintain brand standards throughout the day.

As a Merch Lead, you will ensure adherence to company guidelines, support loss prevention, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to stock and present merchandise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum high school education or equivalent is desired, but not required.
• Experience leading visual functions in-store is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Own results in Area of Responsibility to drive store results and promote Todd Snyder as a premier menswear destination.
• Lead and coach team on visual presentation to impact sales and meet department goals.
• Execute floor sets, floor moves, and visual presentations per guidelines.
