Job summary

CHANEL seeks a Specialist, Visual Merchandising to oversee boutique VM standards, window installations, and fixture setup. You will supervise with the Visual Lead and ensure proper use of all fixtures and mannequins, while maintaining VM guidelines across the store.

You will coordinate with boutique management, manage display movements, and photograph a boutique after changes for the Global Image Team. This role requires independent ownership and a strong eye for luxury client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable Art / Fashion related course of study
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position or higher: preferably with a luxury brand
• A comprehensive knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising and visual display
• Able to move heavy items - may include overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VM standards and oversee window installs and fixture setup
• Communicate VM direction to boutique staff and management
• Develop relationships with Boutique Management to meet merchandise initiatives
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements with Visual Merchandise Manager
• Ensure windows and selling floors are merchandised per VM guidelines between floor sets and launches
