Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. seeks a Specialist of Visual Merchandising to coordinate and maintain VM standards in the boutique, working with the Visual Lead and management. You will oversee window installs, fixture usage, and manikin setups, ensuring consistency with global guidelines.

This role emphasizes communication skills, client experience, and collaboration with boutique teams. A flexible schedule and the ability to handle physical display work are required, with a focus on luxury brand excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable Art / Fashion related course of study.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position, preferably with a luxury brand.
• High level of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with clients, employees & management.
• Able to move heavy items up to 25 lbs and work flexible hours including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of all visual merchandising standards within the boutique during hours and events.
• Communicate VM direction to Image Ambassadors and boutique management.
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements with Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Ensure windows and floors are merchandised per VM guidelines between floor sets and launches.
• Photograph the boutique after floor/window changes and update Dropbox with changes.
