Job summary

CHANEL Ala Moana is seeking a Specialist, Visual Merchandising to oversee VM standards during boutique hours and events in a luxury retail setting. You will coordinate with the Visual Lead to implement and maintain window displays, fixtures, and selling tools, while ensuring brand guidelines are followed.

You will also photograph and document changes, work with boutique management, and support client experiences through strong communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or related field.
• Strong client service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VM standards during boutique hours and events.
• Supervise with Visual Lead on VM guidelines and fixtures.
• Maintain windows, selling tools, and fixtures per guidelines.
• Photograph boutique after floor/window changes per VM guidelines.
• Move and store display elements in collaboration with VM Manager.
• Work independently on projects with minimal supervision.
