Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Visual Merchandising to oversee VM standards in the boutique during hours and events.

You will work with the Visual Lead to implement and maintain window displays, fixtures, and merchandising tools to create a premium client experience. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and teamwork skills, a passion for CHANEL, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable Art / Fashion related course of study.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Passion for CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and social initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise visual merchandising standards within the boutique.
• Implement and maintain VM guidelines including window installs and fixture setup.
• Communicate VM direction to ambassadors and boutique management.
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements with VM Manager.
• Ensure windows and selling floors are merchandised according to VM guidelines between floor sets and launches.
