Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Visual Merchandising in Honolulu to oversee boutique VM standards during hours and events. You will work with the Visual Lead to implement guidelines, maintain fixtures, and ensure windows and floors reflect the brand’s luxury VM standards.

Strong coordination with boutique management and teams is essential. The role requires pro active project ownership, excellent communication, and a passion for CHANEL’s heritage and client experience.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or related art/fashion study.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email; strong VM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of all visual merchandising standards in boutique during operating hours and events.
• Supervise with Visual Lead the implementation and maintenance of VM guidelines including window installs and fixture setup.
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements with Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Ensure windows and floors are consistently merchandised per VM guidelines; capture photos per VM guidelines and upload to Dropbox.
