Job summary

CHANEL seeks a Specialist, Visual Merchandising to oversee the coordination of all VM standards in-store during hours and events. You will supervise with the Visual Lead and ensure window installs, fixtures, and mannequins are presented according to guidelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration with boutique management, photos for VM documentation, and independent project ownership in a fast-paced luxury environment focused on client experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Experience with visual merchandising principles and display design
• Familiarity with client experience and store operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of visual merchandising standards within the boutique during hours and events
• supervise with Visual Lead on implementation and maintenance of VM guidelines
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements with Visual Merchandise Manager
• Ensure windows and floors reflect VM guidelines between floor sets and launches
• Take and upload VM photos for documentation and Global Image Team
• Work independently on projects with minimal supervision
