Job summary

CHANEL seeks a Specialist, Visual Merchandising to oversee VM standards in-store and at events. You will supervise with the Visual Lead, ensure proper window installs, fixtures, and mannequins are set as per guidelines, and coordinate photo documentation for Global Image Team.

You will develop relationships with boutique management, manage movement of display elements, and maintain consistency between floor sets and new launches while working independently on projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or related study.
• 2+ years in a similar luxury brand or retail role preferred.
• Strong VM and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate visual merchandising standards during boutique hours and events.
• Oversee VM direction, animations, and guidelines with boutique management.
• Maintain VM guidelines for windows, fixtures, and mannequins.
• Capture and share boutique photos following VM guidelines and upload to Dropbox.
• Work with minimal supervision and drive timely project results.
• Collaborate with Visual Lead and Visual Merchandise Manager on display movement.
