Job summary

Montage International seeks a Village Homes Operations Supervisor to support daily property operations for Residential and Village Homes. You will assist property managers, coordinate vendor relationships, and enhance guest and owner experiences through proactive maintenance and service improvements.

You will focus on keeping residences well maintained, coordinating upkeep with maintenance and housekeeping, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Professional and personable demeanor.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, property owners, and guests.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Past experience managing a variety of outside vendors such as contractors and interior designers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes on a regular basis to ensure quality cleaning and maintenance standards are met.
• Assist Residential department with daily tasks such as coordinating vendor appointments and site visits.
• Assist with creating owner reservations and ensuring Synexis is updated.
• Facilitate new home installations including coordinating cleaning and inspecting punch lists.
• Organize preventative cleaning and maintenance schedules with other departments and reservation schedules.
• Continually train in new property management techniques to maximize guest, owner, and vendor satisfaction.
• Support all policies and procedures, and train teams accordingly.
• Ensure best in class experiences for all guests and members.
