Montage International, Wisconsin location, seeks a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations of the Residences, ensuring flawless service for owners and guests. You will coordinate owner communications, budget management, and the on-site team to maintain exceptional standards across the property.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Residences team, managing the owner lounge, and supporting move-ins, events, and privacy protocols.

Qualifications

• College degree required; property management license/certification preferred.
• Previous managerial experience in luxury residential or luxury hotel industry preferred.
• Familiarity with rental management programs as it relates to SEC regulations preferred.
• Experience managing outside vendors such as contractors and interior designers preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees day-to-day operations of Residences.
• Liaises with owner communications, budgets, and owner services.
• Supports owner move-in/out, newsletters, and events.
• Ensures privacy, security, and adherence to HOA policies.
• Coordinates with vendors, engineering, housekeeping, and other hotel departments.
• Assists with financial reporting, invoicing, and budget variances.
