Montage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department at our luxury resort. You will lead and mentor the team, ensuring top-tier cleanliness and service standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing inspections, staff development, scheduling, and coordination with the Director of Housekeeping, while maintaining safety and cost controls. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two+ years of housekeeping experience in a luxury resort.
• Must have intermediate MS Office skills; Opera PMS preferred.
• Must be able to read/write and speak the workplace language(s).
• Strong communication and staff supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and service quality.
• Manage housekeeping team with mentoring, coaching, and training.
• Build and maintain an exceptional housekeeping staff under the Director of Housekeeping.
• Operate with Workday and recruiting software effectively.
• Conduct regular hotel inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Hire, train, supervise and develop colleagues for maximum effectiveness.
• Provide strong employee relations with contract staff and ensure proper training.
• Establish safe working conditions through appropriate training.
