Job summary

Montage International seeks a Residential Liaison to deliver exceptional owner experiences through personalized concierge services, onboarding new owners, and coordinating requests for arrivals and stays.

You will work with engineering and vendors on renovations, prepare residences for owner arrival, and manage communications across departments to ensure high service standards. Weekend/home period availability may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a luxury hotel.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Exceptional guest recovery skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge services and assist with owner requests, onboarding, and pre-arrival tasks.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and deliveries; log and follow up on requests.
• Prepare residences for owner arrival and inspections; assist with invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, vendors, and contractors during renovations.
• Create personalized itineraries and communicate with internal teams to fulfill owner needs.
