Zusammenfassung

CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee the Villas Maintenance and Housekeeping departments at the Villas at Snowmass Club in Colorado. You will be responsible for daily operations, staffing, maintenance, guest readiness, and vendor management to ensure high-quality service and resident satisfaction.

You will report to the General Manager and act as MOD when required, while managing budgets, schedules, and safety programs in a demanding resort setting.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in resort, condominium, or residential hospitality with leadership experience
• Knowledge of building systems, safety, and vendor management
• Ability to manage staffing, budgets, owner billing, and documentation
• Strong owner/guest-facing communication and cross-department leadership

Aufgaben

• Directly lead Maintenance and Housekeeping teams, including scheduling and staffing
• Oversee daily operations, priorities, inspections, and guest readiness
• Approve work-order billing and ensure accurate posting and documentation
• Coordinate with Front Desk for occupied units and guest impacts
• Inspect systems, buildings, and grounds and direct necessary preventive actions
