Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our luxury Residences. You will manage owner communications, budgets, and the service delivery to owners and their guests, while coordinating with the Residential Liaison team.

The role focuses on flawless service, adherence to HOA and brand standards, and building strong relationships with owners, vendors, and internal departments to maintain exceptional property conditions.

Qualifications

• College degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing luxury residential or hotel operations.
• Familiarity with HOA rules and rental regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Residences.
• Manage owner communications and services.
• Monitor budgets and financial reports.
• Coordinate with Residential Liaison team and vendors.
• Uphold brand standards and life-safety policies.
• Support move-in, onboarding, and inspections as needed.
