Travel + Leisure Co. in Destin, FL is seeking a results-driven sales professional to present premium vacation ownership products to prospective Owners in a face-to-face setting.

You will build rapport, uncover buying motivations, and apply proven closing techniques while working with warm, prequalified leads provided by our award-winning on-site marketing team. The role offers on-site collaboration, ongoing product training, and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• College Degree preferred.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform in a luxury sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 sales presentations with prospective and current Owners in a face-to-face environment.
• Build genuine rapport and uncover buying motivations by finding common ground with each guest.
• Leverage proven closing techniques to guide qualified prospects through the sales process.
• Present premium vacation ownership products while following company policies and compliance.
• Own your results: use sales experience and closing ability to maximize earnings.
• Work with warm, qualified leads — not cold prospects provided by on-site marketing.
• No cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting.
• Stay sharp with ongoing product training, sales development, and industry knowledge.
• Participate in scheduled training sessions and team meetings to help you sell smarter and earn more.
