Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a Travel Planner to support guests from the first phone call to final reservation. You will sell the Loews experience across hotel, restaurant, spa, golf and events while maintaining exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment in Nashville.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, strong communication skills and proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word.

Qualifications

1–2 years customer-facing work experience, preferably in hospitality or sales.
Ability to read, write and speak English effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

Sells the Loews experience including hotel, restaurant, spa, golf, area attractions and events.
Actively engages with guests to identify requests and anticipate their needs.
Maintains knowledge of hotel features and amenities to enhance the guest stay.
Completes reservations accurately and updates guest profiles.
Documents guest requests in the proper system for clear communication.
Provides courteous, generous and professional service to guests.
Responds promptly to guest requests and escalates when needed.
