Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co in the United States is seeking a Travel Planner to engage guests and book reservations with a high level of courtesy and professionalism. You will help guests plan stays, provide information on hotels, dining, spa and area attractions, and ensure all details are accurate in the guest profile.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of hospitality or sales experience, strong English skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in hospitality or sales.
• Ability to read, write and speak English effectively.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Sells the Loews experience, including hotel, restaurant, spa, golf and events.
• Engages guests by listening and anticipating requests to tailor their stay.
• Maintains knowledge of features and amenities to upsell options.
• Completes reservations accurately with current guest data.
• Notes guest requests in the system to ensure clear communication.
• Shows courtesy, generosity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Responds promptly to requests and escalates when needed.
• Maintains regular attendance and works varied shifts including nights/weekends.
