Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Travel Advisor to support internal and external customers with travel reservations and complex situations. You will diagnose and resolve issues, negotiate with providers, and strive for service excellence while protecting confidentiality.

Responsibility includes guiding colleagues, maintaining knowledge of programs, and using multiple booking tools. Training hours vary; candidates should be local to listed work locations and able to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years in travel with GDS or similar platforms.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities with multiple screens.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to travel inquiries and resolve issues with short- and long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver timely resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of client programs, products, and procedures; support booking tools.
• Negotiate with vendors and customers to reach acceptable resolutions.
• Maintain high call quality and confidentiality; inform supervisor of issues.
• Assist and coach other Travel Advisors; monitor errors and update tracking data.
