JPMorgan Chase & Co. invites you to join Chase Travel as a Travel Advisor, helping internal and external customers plan and book luxury travel with seamless service.

You will resolve complex situations, negotiate with providers, and support a wide range of online booking tools while maintaining high call quality and confidentiality. This is a hybrid role with in-person training and varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail customer service experience.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities with multiple screens.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to travel arrangements and resolve issues with root-cause resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver timely resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of client programs, products, and procedures and support online booking tools.
• Negotiate with vendors and external customers to reach acceptable resolutions, including loyalty points and fees.
• Maintain high call quality and confidentiality; inform supervisor of issues and actions.
