Qualifications

• 2+ years as Travel Advisor/Agent in travel/hospitality.
• Experience managing bookings with accuracy and compliance.
• Familiar with luxury travel, cruises, tours, destinations, and products.
• Excellent phone and written communication; white-glove service.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Customer-first mindset with collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and book cruises, tours, travel packages, and customized programs.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and advise on destinations and travel products.
• Manage bookings and post-booking activities, including add-ons and payments.
• Provide accurate information using Chase Travel tools and processes.
• Build lasting relationships with personalized, high-touch service.
• Coordinate with teams and suppliers to deliver integrated travel experiences.

• Maintain complete documentation of interactions in required systems.
