Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking an Alteration Staff member for Saks Fifth Avenue to join the tailoring team in Boca Raton. You will provide tailoring expertise, customer service, and expert alterations as required to ensure a premium shopping experience.

The role emphasizes precision, luxury craftsmanship, and adherence to store policies while supporting company initiatives and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' fitting and tailoring experience in high-end merchandise.
• Ability to fit and perform alterations on a wide range of garments.
• Strong background in luxury tailoring: leather, knits, beading, fine tailoring.
• Use of standard sewing, pressing and spotting equipment.
• Knowledge of alterations industry and luxury merchandise styling.

Responsibilities

• Model Saks Fifth Avenue Customer Service Principles during fittings.
• Aim to exceed individual performance and productivity goals.
• Maintain high customer service by building relationships.
• Follow Saks Fifth Avenue policies and procedures.
• Adhere to alteration workroom and tailor procedures.

• Support store and department initiatives.
• Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
• Demonstrate persuasive communication and problem-solving.
