Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking an Alterations Associate in Naples to deliver exceptional tailoring and customer service for luxury garments. You will perform alterations, advise customers at fittings, and uphold Saks service standards in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of high-end tailoring experience, proficiency with specialty sewing equipment, and a strong eye for detailing across leather, knits, beading, and fine fabrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ fitting and tailoring experience in high-end merchandise.
• Ability to fit and perform alterations on a wide range of garments.
• Knowledge of alterations industry includes fabrication and styling of luxury merchandise.
• Ability to use all standard sewing, pressing & spotting equipment.
• Ability to use specialty machines: Double-blind, Buttonhole, Cover-stitch, Leather.

• Focus on achieving and exceeding individual performance and productivity goals.
• Maintain a consistent high level of customer service by creating and developing excellent customer relationships.
• Follow all alteration workroom policies and Tailor procedures.
• Provide alterations services during fittings and customer interactions.
