Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking an Alteration Staff to join the Saks Fifth Avenue tailoring team, delivering expert alterations and premium customer service. You will work within a luxury retail environment to ensure exceptional fit and experience for clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in high-end tailoring, with strong leather/knits/beading skills and proficiency with sewing and specialty machines. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years fitting and tailoring in luxury retail
• Ability to tailor a wide range of garments
• Strong knowledge of leather, knits, beading and related specialty skills
• Proficient with standard sewing and pressing equipment
• Experience with specialty tailoring machines (e.g., buttonhole, cover-stitch)
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
