Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking an Alteration Staff member to join the tailoring team, delivering top-tier customer service and expert alterations for luxury merchandise. The role involves tailoring expertise, fitting high-end garments, and maintaining exceptional customer experiences across diverse client needs.

You will work in a dynamic luxury retail environment, collaborating with a broad network and contributing to ongoing growth and transformation within Saks Global.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ fitting and tailoring experience in high-end merchandise.
• Ability to fit and perform alterations on a wide range of garments.
• Strong technical background in leather, knits, double face, beading, fine tailoring, buttonholes (benefit).
