Job summary

Johnny Was, LLC is seeking a Stylist to deliver a highly personalized, elevated client experience and to drive store sales at the California Dreaming boutique. The role blends styling expertise, relationship-building, and operational support to ensure a premium in-store experience that reflects the JohnnyWas aesthetic and values.

You will build and maintain a client book, demonstrate deep product knowledge, and collaborate with store leadership on events and trunk shows.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of luxury, contemporary, or premium retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience reflecting the JohnnyWas aesthetic.
• Build authentic, long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and outreach.
• Maintain and grow an active client book with follow-up and appointment selling.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge including fabrication, fit, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI targets; drive omnichannel sales.
