LIGANOVA invites you to join the Mercedes-Benz Studio Los Angeles as a Studio Coordinator. You will support daily operations, assist with vehicle customization consultations, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a premium environment.

Role focuses on coordinating events, managing client inquiries, and producing polished materials for meetings with high-profile clients in Beverly Hills. In-person at the LA studio with weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in high-end retail, luxury hospitality, or client relations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Exceptional attention to detail and structured project management.
• Strong written communication and high-touch customer service mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle customization consultations and prepare design materials for client meetings.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager on daily operations and KPI tracking.
• Manage guest reception and coordinate event logistics with high-touch hospitality.
• Handle inboxes, client inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Create polished presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
