Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in high-end retail, luxury hospitality, or client relations.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) for data tracking and presentations.
• Excellent attention to detail and structured, organized approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist during Mercedes-Benz vehicle customization consultations and prepare design materials.
• Support Studio Manager with daily operations, KPI tracking, and asset presentation.
• Manage inbox, client inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Use Excel and PowerPoint to manage schedules and produce client-ready reports.
• Welcome guests with high-touch hospitality and assist in in-studio events.

Drive the future of brand experience in our Mercedes-Benz Studio Los Angeles: We are looking for a Studio Coordinator to engage engage with high-profile clients and manage day-to-day program administration. PLEASE NOTE: This is an active, fully in-person role at our Los Angeles studio requiring physical presence at our Beverly Hills Studio (this is not a remote or office-based administrative position).

• Schedule: Standard workdays are Wednesday through Sunday. Flexibility is required, as schedules may adjust slightly to support special evening events or brand activations.
• Terms: Benefits, PTO, and compensation will be discussed during the hiring process. Valid US work authorization is required (no visa sponsorship).

WHAT YOU DO

As a core member of our studio team, you will drive smooth daily operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience alongside our Studio Manager and Product Lead. You will manage administrative workflows, field client inquiries, and support custom vehicle consultations and events.

• Consultation Support: Assist the Product Lead during Mercedes-Benz vehicle customization consultations and prepare design materials and samples for client meetings.
• Studio & Operations Support:Work closely with the Studio Manager on daily operations, tracking KPIs, and ensuring luxury display assets are impeccably presented.
• Inbox & Admin Management:Manage inboxes, field customer inquiries, coordinate appointment scheduling, and maintain prompt, professional follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Documentation & Reporting: Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to manage schedules, track client data, prepare reports, and build polished visual presentations for internal and client use.
• Hospitality & Event Support:Welcome studio guests with high-touch hospitality, assist in organizing and executing in-studio events, and ensure an exceptional overall visitor experience.

WHO YOU ARE

• 1–3 years of experience in high-end retail, luxury hospitality, or client relations, paired with an eagerness to learn complex Mercedes-Benz customization options
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) for tracking data, managing admin tasks, and creating clean presentations
• Exceptional attention to detail with a highly structured, organized approach to managing projects, schedules, and administrative workflows
• Strong written communication skills, warm hosting instincts, and confident presentation skills with an approachable, high-touch customer service mindset
• Full fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) and availability for floor shifts including weekends, evenings, and special events
