Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client relations.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency for data tracking and presentations.
• Highly organized with structured project and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Support studio operations and guest experiences alongside the Studio Manager and Product Lead.
• Assist in client consultations and prepare design materials for meetings.
• Manage admin workflows, inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups with clients.
• Create polished presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support event planning and high-touch hospitality during in-studio events.
