Job summary

LIGANOVA HORIZON’s Mercedes-Benz Studio Los Angeles seeks a Studio Coordinator to drive daily operations and deliver a premium guest experience in a high-end automotive environment.

You will support product consultations, coordinate events, manage admin tasks, and prepare polished presentations using Excel and PowerPoint, while collaborating with the Studio Manager and Product Lead to ensure flawless guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) for tracking data and creating presentations.
• Experience in high-end retail, luxury hospitality, or client relations is preferred.
• Attention to detail and organized project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Consultation Support: Assist the Product Lead during Mercedes-Benz vehicle customization consultations and prepare design materials for client meetings.
• Studio & Operations Support: Work with the Studio Manager on daily operations, KPI tracking, and presentation of luxury assets.
• Inbox & Admin Management: Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain prompt follow-ups with clients.
• Documentation & Reporting: Use Excel and PowerPoint to manage schedules, data, and client reports.
• Hospitality & Event Support: Greet guests, assist in events, and ensure a high-touch guest experience.
