Mercedes-Benz Studio Los Angeles is seeking a Retail Specialist to engage guests, host on-site visitors, and bring automotive innovation to life in a luxurious studio setting.

You will deliver high-touch visitor experiences, guide tours of vehicles and exhibits, and support event setups while maintaining premium standards. Strong communication and hospitality are essential, with weekend flexibility expected for events.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail, hospitality, customer service, product expert or brand ambassador roles.
• Background in luxury or automotive environments is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mercedes-Benz through high-touch interactions with visitors across vehicles, exhibits, and merchandise areas.
• Create personalized guest journeys by welcoming visitors, answering questions, and resolving inquiries with hospitality.
• Assist with event setups and ensure the space reflects premium brand standards and presentation.
• Capture visitor feedback to identify opportunities to enhance the overall brand experience.
