CELINE is seeking a Selling Supervisor for a luxury retail store in Miami. You will mentor a sales team, drive store targets, and uphold the brand’s high standards of service and presentation.

You will lead client-focused selling, coordinate resources for elevated service, and ensure efficient store operations, inventory control and timely follow‑up on daily tasks. This role requires leadership in a dynamic luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer literate; able to use various software packages.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Mentor associates to deliver elevated customer service.
• Coordinate client relationship resources to provide elevated service.
• Oversee POS system usage and inventory functions.
• Open and close the store following policy and balance tenders.
• Maintain merchandising and floor supervision to boost sales.
