Job summary

CELINE in Miami seeks an experienced Team Manager to oversee staff, merchandise, and client experience, driving sales objectives while upholding luxury standards.

You will lead Client Advisors, coach teams, recruit and onboard new hires, coordinate with NY and Paris corporate offices, and maintain exceptional service and store operations.

The role requires minimum of 6 years in retail, preferably luxury, with excellent communication and people skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a retail setting with emphasis on operations, store management or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Computer literate; learn and use various software packages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; client-focused within luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Advisors and coach staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
• Drive KPI achievement and commercial success through coaching and performance management.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members while ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Oversee operations, merchandising standards, and the overall client experience.
• Coordinate with corporate offices (NY and Paris) to align store initiatives.
