Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to support store leadership in a high-energy sales environment. This role drives store productivity and profitability through team building, coaching, goal setting, client development, and adherence to kate spade new york standards.

Acting as a brand ambassador, the Supervisor sets the tone on the sales floor, leads by example, and elevates service and selling behaviors.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
English language proficiency; comfortable with omni-channel/virtual selling tools.

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance and KPI targets; supervise opening/closing procedures.
Lead and coach store team; support recruitment, onboarding and development.
Build client relationships; ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences.
Manage inventory, POS transactions, and stockroom organization.
Oversee omni-channel and digital initiatives including live interactions.
