Job summary

You will oversee opening/closing, POS and inventory functions, and lead omni-channel efforts including live-stream shopping, while building VIP relationships and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail service with management or floor leadership.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales while leading the team to achieve targets.
• Coach team on goals and performance; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Foster inclusive, equitable, and diverse culture.
• Perform opening/closing procedures: cash handling, bank deposits, register operations.
