Job summary

Alaïa in the Miami Design District seeks an Operations Supervisor to ensure a seamless client journey through operational excellence and precise inventory management. You will partner with store leadership to inspire a high-performing team and maintain efficient processes across stockrooms and sales floors.

Responsibilities include inventory control, logistics coordination, and upholding brand standards while delivering exceptional client service and product knowledge in a luxury retail

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in retail sales and operations.
• 2+ years' management or supervisory experience.
• Experience ideally in the Retail luxury sector with a high affinity for luxury products.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through competencies.
• Strong organization, task-management, and logistics skill set.
• Competent computer skills (e.g., SAP, Excel, Word).
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 20lb boxes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store leadership to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Be a role model for client-centric leadership and store culture.
• Oversee inventory management and stockroom organization.
• Coordinate store logistics with central warehouse and stock transfers.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Deliver best-in-class client experience with product knowledge.
