ALAÏA in the Miami Design District seeks an Operations Supervisor to ensure a seamless client journey through precise inventory and store operations. You will partner with store leadership to drive an inspiring, efficient team environment and maintain an evolving operational flow.

You bring 5+ years in luxury retail operations and 2+ years of supervision, with strong organizational and communication skills, SAP/Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage stock, logistics, and client experience

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience in retail sales and operations.
• 2+ years' management or supervisory experience.
• Experience ideally in the Retail luxury sector with a high affinity for luxury products.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through competencies.
• Strong organization, task-management, and logistics skill set.
• Competent computer skills (e.g., SAP, Excel, Word).
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 20lb boxes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and build an environment of teamwork within the store and with partners.
• Develop and mentor the store team to maintain client-centric service.
• Oversee stockroom and inventory accuracy to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate store logistics, deliveries, transfers, and stock for events.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and store procedures.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences by maintaining product knowledge.
