Valentino Bal Harbour Boutique is seeking a highly organized Store Operations Manager to oversee inventory, stockroom, logistics, compliance, and back-of-house processes while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will lead a fast-paced luxury retail team, drive operational excellence, manage omnichannel activities, and leverage SAP, PRISM and related tools to boost efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store operations in luxury retail.
• Ability to manage inventory, stockroom, and back-of-house processes.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cascade retail operation manuals with effective training of the store team.
• Ensure execution of Retail Operation policies and procedures.
• Organize sellable products and optimize stock flow to support sales.
• Coordinate omnichannel activities (ship from store, buy on behalf, click and reserve).
• Leverage tools (Smart XP, MY-V XP, PRISM, SAP, Training App, After Sales App, Microsoft Office) to streamline activities.
