Qualifications

• Computer literate; familiar with payroll and inventory systems.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize store operations and lead a high-performance team.
• Recruit, induct, and develop staff; oversee performance reviews.
• Coach staff to deliver Céline’s legendary client service.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and in-store presentation.
• Provide monthly reports to NY/Paris management; manage budgets.
• Ensure store appearance aligns with brand standards and visuals.
