Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas seeks an experienced Store Manager for its luxury boutique, responsible for overall store performance. You will lead sales, operations, merchandising and team development to meet targets, while ensuring top-tier customer service and visual standards.

You will manage staff, schedules and payroll, drive clienteling initiatives, and coordinate with regional and corporate teams to execute directives, using Retail Pro and POS systems to control inventory and stock levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of store management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Business school degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate teams and drive results through coaching and development.
• Proficiency with inventory and POS systems (Retail Pro preferred) and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service focus, problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and full P&L responsibility, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store staff; conduct regular one-to-one reviews and performance evaluations.
• Drive sales and clienteling activities, set individual objectives and monitor sales performance.
• Oversee inventory management, cycle and physical counts, and maintain SKU and model stock levels using Retail Pro and POS systems.
• Ensure merchandising and visual standards are met in partnership with visual teams; maintain store appearance and grooming standards.
• Create staff schedules, manage payroll/timekeeping processes and maintain key administrative documentation.
• Collaborate with regional, corporate and buying teams and implement corporate directives.
