Responsibilities

• Meet personal and store sales goals with outstanding customer service.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships to drive returning business.
• Leverage selling culture and training tools to meet/exceed KPIs.
• Communicate needs across channels and departments.
• Learn collections and brand narrative to inform stylist education.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Maintain front/back-of-house organization for seamless merchandise flow.
• Recruit, hire, and train new hires.
• Support HR, Operations, Client Services, and Visuals divisions.
