• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use standard software.

Responsibilities

• Mentor associates to deliver elevated customer experience.
• Meet store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Lead and empower sales team to maximize results.
• Coordinate client resources to provide elevated service.
• Oversee POS usage and inventory management.
• Open/close store per policy and balance tills.
• Support merchandising standards with the Visual Manager.
