Job summary

SMCP in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead the boutique team and deliver a premier customer experience. You will model selling excellence, drive personal and team sales, and coach staff to achieve KPIs such as conversion and average transaction value.

In this role you will train new hires, supervise on-floor activities, and ensure adherence to brand standards while promoting teamwork, growth, and a high-energy luxury shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of prior supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Fosters an environment of teamwork and trust while promoting growth.

Responsibilities

• Be the role model for creating memorable shopping experiences as the boutique/selling floor leader.
• Maintain a personal sales goal and lead by example; assistants typically contribute around 20% of store sales.
• Coach team members on performance around KPIs such as conversion and units per transaction.
• Ensure effective use of selling tools and wardrobe/styling guidance for clients.
• Deliver new hire and product knowledge training for all team members.
