Job summary

ETRO, the luxury fashion house, is seeking a Store Manager in Beverly Hills to lead daily operations and drive sales, client engagement, and KPI achievement. You will supervise a store team, manage HR tasks, inventory, and visual merchandising while upholding brand standards and loss prevention policies.

You will develop local events, clienteling strategies, and community outreach to strengthen brand presence and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry-specific dynamics.
• Proven ability to drive results and leadership in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance, exceeding targets.
• Lead sales floor presence, client engagement, and customer service.
• Analyze store profitability and report KPIs to management.
• Develop and implement business action plans with senior leadership.
