360 Talent is seeking a Boutique Sales Manager for a prestigious Italian luxury menswear brand in Beverly Hills. You will lead on the floor, drive sales growth, and deliver an elevated experience to VIP and high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities include building a strong client book, coaching the team, overseeing inventory, visual presentation, and daily reporting while upholding exceptional service and craftsmanship. This role offers base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in luxury retail, preferably menswear.
• Proven ability to build a loyal luxury client book.
• Experience with VIP/high-net-worth clientele.
• Strong operational background with inventory control and boutique procedures.
• Excellent client service and problem-solving skills.
• KPI and boutique performance oriented.
• Polished, relationship-driven, passionate about craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive boutique performance, sales growth, and operational excellence.
• Lead from the sales floor with a personalized experience for VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Build and maintain a strong personal client book through proactive outreach and styling appointments.
• Coach and inspire the team to achieve sales goals while upholding service standards.
• Support inventory management, cycle counts, stock organization, and daily reporting.
• Resolve client concerns with discretion and a luxury-first mindset.
• Ensure top visual presentation, merchandising, and boutique excellence.
• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating product knowledge and craftsmanship.
