Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail management.
• 4+ years of store management experience, luxury industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, clienteling and CRM capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance with targets and KPIs.
• Lead sales floor presence, client engagement and service excellence.
• Analyze store profitability and implement action plans for growth.
• Deliver reports and monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance.
• Develop business action plans with VP of Retail and management.
